Life Lessons 32.0

Birthdays are incredible milestones in a person’s life. They not only signify another 365 days of existence, but they offer us an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come since taking our first breath or simply the past year.

What I love about this journey we are all on, is that there are endless lessons to be learned. While I revel in some significant lessons from my first thirty-one years, I also know there are many more ahead just waiting to help me grow into my best self yet.

The future is in OUR hands. As C.S. Lewis said, “There are far, far better things ahead…” Our words, thoughts, attitudes and actions create the life we live. So, go ahead. Make today YOUR birthday, too. Go create a life you’re excited to live.
