Class Description: Blending strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness, Barre allows you to connect to muscles you didn't even know you had. Using light hand weights (2lbs-5lbs), mini bands and a Pilates ball, you'll challenge your body and your mind to new lengths.

Class Description: S x C is inspired by uniting two disciplines, strength and conditioning training. Using your own body weight and hand held weights, learn to efficiently train each muscle group and maximize your results.

Alchemy
Class Description: Alchemy blends Vinyasa-style yoga with strength conditioning and cardio to transform you from the inside out. This class uses a yoga block and mini bands.
